Blondes. Subtly-rooted yellow and gold tones will be especially on-trend this fall. Rather than remain bright blonde all year, more and more blondes are opting for a rooted look. It’s lower maintenance than single-process, yet the effect is still bright. Plus, those pretty golden, buttery tones are gorgeous when transitioning from summer to fall.
Brunettes. There are so many ways to mix up brunette hair for the fall, it is hard to pick just one. How about a golden balayage? This is an easy way to seamlessly transition your existing highlights into fall, just keep the lifted strands towards the ends of the hair. Using a bronze tone for highlights on a dark brunette base creates a warm gold hue to give the hair instant dimension.
Redheads. Autumn is a redhead’s time to shine. Try out a gingerbread caramel balayage to really embrace the season! The warm tones are rooted in a soft brown-meets-red for a warm, rich depth to the hair.
