DEPOSITS

A Robert Cromeans Salon requires a deposit for all hair extension and corrective color services. The Amount of the deposit is determined on an individual basis by your stylist during the consultation.

EXTENSIONS

We can only guarantee our extension work when the hair is purchased through the salon. We will not be able to work on your extensions if you are bringing the hair in from an outside source.

SERVICES

If you are not satisfied with your experience at any of the A Robert Cromeans Salons, we will HAPPILY make it right at no additional charge provided it is within 7 days of your original reservation. We do not offer refunds on services.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL & we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products.

We DO NOT offer refunds for opened or used product.

All BRUSHES are FINAL sale and are non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is an obvious defect from the manufacturer

At this time we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on tools. All NEURO tools have a 2year warranty when you register online.
